Job Description:

Responsibilities

• 8+ years of Salesforce development experience and 3+ years leading teams for end-to-end Salesforce.com implementations, integrations, and enhancement projects.
• Design solutions based on capabilities identified during quarterly product increment planning.
• Translate user stories into detailed technical requirements and own their development.
• Contribute to the Salesforce platform roadmap and release planning.
• Create estimates for new requirements in collaboration with business product owners.
• Develop detailed design documentation for prioritized capabilities.
• Implement Salesforce solutions following platform best practices, including custom development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Pardot), integrations, and data migrations.
• Provide development support from design through deployment, collaborating with team members.
• Deploy and document Salesforce projects, ensuring quality and adherence to standards.
• Support live applications post-deployment, including knowledge transfer and client support for long-term success.
• Perform hands-on Salesforce development focusing on functional solutions.
• Analyze business requirements and develop customized solutions on the Salesforce platform.
• Create deployment playbooks, including back-out plans and communication strategies.
• Lead deployment activities to ensure smooth production releases.

Expected annual pay ranges from $130,000 to $150,000. The role is eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits, including medical and dental options, disability insurance, paid time off, and other leave options.
