We are seeking two experienced Salesforce Technical Leads / Architects for a 6-month contract-to-hire opportunity. These roles are remote within the United States and ideal for professionals with deep expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud, Data Cloud, MuleSoft, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and DevOps practices.
This role will lead technical design, development, and integration of complex Salesforce solutions supporting healthcare business objectives and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the technical lead and solution architect on Salesforce implementation projects.
Design and implement scalable solutions using Salesforce Health Cloud and Data Cloud aligned with business needs.
Develop robust integrations using MuleSoft for seamless data flow across enterprise systems.
Build responsive and reusable Lightning Web Components (LWC) for customized user experiences.
Guide and establish best practices for Salesforce DevOps, including CI/CD pipelines, release management, and automated testing.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders, business analysts, and development teams to ensure technical alignment with business goals.
Provide mentorship and technical leadership to developers and junior architects.
Required Skills Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in Salesforce development, with 2+ years in a lead or architect role.
Deep expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud and Data Cloud solutions.
Strong hands-on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and integration patterns.
Proficient in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and front-end architecture.
Solid understanding of Salesforce DevOps principles and tools (e.g., GitHub, Copado, Gearset, Jenkins).
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Health Cloud Consultant, or Integration Architecture Designer are a plus.
