RSM US LLP is seeking a dynamic Pre-Sales Engineer (PSE) focused on growing our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Applications practice in Supply Chain Management.

Note: This is a remote eligible role. Candidates may sit anywhere within the United States.

Position Summary: The Microsoft D365 PSE drives project solutioning as the functional expert for Supply Chain Management. The PSE collaborates with sales and delivery teams to ensure solutions meet client needs and support key decision-makers. Responsible for achieving revenue quotas, the sales territory encompasses pursuits nationwide, with flexible work-from-home options.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead pursuits as the functional architect, prioritizing efforts for maximum impact.
  • Scope solutions to address customer requirements and gain consensus.
  • Secure input from all stakeholders within the customer and firm.
  • Adapt solutions as needed to ensure support.
  • Coordinate with business development and delivery teams to align solutions with client requirements.
  • Demonstrate software to eliminate fit concerns and generate enthusiasm.
  • Coach and develop junior resources.
  • Maintain relationships with Microsoft channel teams and partners.
  • Stay updated on Microsoft product developments and incorporate into demos and narratives.
  • Assist in developing go-to-market strategies, whitepapers, and videos.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams and contribute to statements of work.

Accountabilities & Performance Measures:

  • Achieve productivity quotas.
  • Maintain project throughput in early sales stages.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings.
  • Complete training and development objectives timely.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5 years’ experience presenting B2B software solutions, focusing on middle market/strategic segments.
  • 5 years’ experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management.
  • Familiarity with Dynamics 365 Sales/Customer Service and Power Platform.
  • Proven achievement in a sales role with technical solution expertise.
  • Product or technical certifications preferred.
  • Travel up to 80% as needed.

Salary range: $147,000 - $260,700. Discretionary bonuses are available based on performance.
