• Experience with Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and Sales Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce delivery with governance, deployment, and hypercare support.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
• Collaborate with business and delivery teams to define roadmap and strategy.
• Lead Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, demos, and release planning.
• Oversee cross-functional teams including developers, QA, DevOps, and vendors.
