Job summary

ClinDCast LLC seeks an experienced Salesforce Technical Project Manager with 10+ years in IT and 5+ years guiding Salesforce initiatives. You will lead end-to-end delivery across Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Sales Cloud, partnering with BAs, Developers, and vendors to ensure successful transformations.

Strong expertise in governance, risk, and stakeholder management, plus proficiency in Apex, LWC, integrations, and DevOps tools. Hybrid/remote options may apply for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing Salesforce projects, with strong experience in Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Sales Cloud; Automotive Cloud preferred.
• End-to-end delivery governance including planning, estimation, resources, governance, deployment, and hypercare.
• Strong expertise in scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and stakeholders.
• Experience leading Agile teams and facilitating sprint planning, stand-ups, demos, retrospectives, and release planning.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Platform, Apex, LWC, Security Model, integrations, data migration, and solution architecture.
• Experience with CI/CD and DevOps tools such as Copado and Git.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams including BAs, Developers, Architects, QA, DevOps, and vendors.
• Strong experience in quality governance, testing, release management, and production readiness.
• Excellent client-facing, executive communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, Hybrid, and Waterfall methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage Salesforce implementation and transformation programs end-to-end.

• Oversee scope, schedule, budget, risks, and dependencies.
