GeorgiaTEK Systems Inc. is seeking a hands-on Salesforce Tech Lead with deep expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud to lead architecture, design, and enterprise integrations onsite in Buena Park, CA.

The role combines technical leadership with client-facing consulting and hands-on development. You will drive architectural decisions, guide multi-disciplinary teams, and ensure scalable, secure Salesforce solutions aligned with business goals.

Qualifications

7+ years of Salesforce implementation and development experience.
3+ years as Salesforce Solution Architect or Technical Architect.
Hands-on expertise with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
Strong Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flow, and SOQL development skills.
Experience integrating systems via REST/SOAP APIs and enterprise integration patterns.
Understanding of modern CI/CD practices and Salesforce deployment processes.
Proven experience leading enterprise Salesforce implementations from discovery through production go-live.
Excellent client-facing communication, stakeholder management, and technical presentation skills.
Ability to balance architectural ownership with hands-on development and technical troubleshooting.

Responsibilities
