Qualifications

• 7+ years of Salesforce development and implementation experience.
• 3+ years as a Salesforce Solution Architect or Technical Architect.
• Strong expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Hands-on with Apex, LWC, Flow, and SOQL.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data modeling, security, and sharing architecture.
• Experience designing and implementing REST/SOAP API integrations.
• Knowledge of CI/CD practices and Salesforce deployment processes.
• Experience leading enterprise Salesforce implementations from discovery through go-live.
• Excellent communication, client management, and technical leadership skills.

Job Summary

Salesforce Tech Lead to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce architecture, Apex, LWC, and system integrations.

This role requires a combination of technical leadership, hands-on development, client-facing consulting, and team mentoring.

• Exposure to Experience Cloud, Field Service, Financial Services Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Data Cloud, Agentforce, or OmniStudio.
