The ideal candidate has 7+ years in Salesforce development, 3+ years as a technical architect, and strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Flow, and SOQL. On-site collaboration in Buena Park is required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Salesforce development and implementation experience.
• 3+ years as a Salesforce Solution Architect or Technical Architect.
• Strong expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Hands-on with Apex, LWC, Flow, and SOQL.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data modeling, security, and sharing architecture.
• Experience designing and implementing REST/SOAP API integrations.
• Knowledge of CI/CD practices and Salesforce deployment processes.
• Experience leading enterprise Salesforce implementations from discovery through go-live.
• Excellent communication, client management, and technical leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable Salesforce solutions using Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Lead client discovery sessions, architecture workshops, and technical discussions.
• Design Salesforce data models, security frameworks, sharing models, and integration architectures.
• Develop and maintain technical design documents and implementation plans.
• Oversee integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and MuleSoft.
• Provide hands-on development support using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow, and SOQL.
• Lead code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor Salesforce developers.
• Support project estimation, sprint planning, deployments, troubleshooting, and production support.
• Ensure Salesforce solutions follow platform best practices, security standards, and scalability requirements.
