Raise is seeking a Salesforce Technical Lead to guide a small team and deliver custom Salesforce solutions for customers in the United States. This remote role focuses on hands-on development with Apex, Visualforce and LWC, and close collaboration with a Product Architect.

You will lead a team of 2–4 developers and admins, gather requirements from stakeholders, design scalable Salesforce applications and workflows, and ensure data integrity and security throughout delivery.

Title: Salesforce Technical Lead

Location: Remote, USA

Salary: $135,000 – $165,000 / year USD

Employment Type: Permanent Full-Time

You’ll assist Raise building custom Salesforce and customer-facing Experience Cloud App solutions. You lead a team of 2 to 4 developers (depending on the project stage) and admins, design the solutions with our Product Architect, and write the hard parts yourself.

This role involves guiding a team of Salesforce administrators and developers. You’ll design and deploy Salesforce applications and workflows, leveraging Apex, Visualforce, and LWC’s, while working in collaboration with a Product Architect. Collaborating with stakeholders to analyze requirements is crucial for successful project delivery adjusting where needed. We think the future of a developer’s role involves being more involved in the other areas of the product trio - engineer, product manager, designer. We don’t expect the person to be an expert in all of these roles, but they need to be willing to lean into the PM side of conversations with the client and know what good looks like in design to work with the designer on larger projects and use the design system for small changes on their own.

As part of our hiring process, the first step will include an interview conducted by an AI interviewer. This allows us to efficiently and fairly assess all applicants using consistent, unbiased questions.
