Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Salesforce Technical Lead for the Washington, DC, onsite role. Lead Salesforce FSC projects, design scalable apps, and guide teams to follow best practices and security standards.

The ideal candidate has FSC implementation experience, expertise in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Flows, and SOQL/SOSL, plus REST/SOAP API integrations. Collaboration with architects and business stakeholders is essential for delivering high-quality solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven Salesforce FSC implementation experience.
• Experience with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Flows, and SOQL/SOSL.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and middleware integrations.
• Knowledge of Salesforce security, sharing model, and data architecture.
• Experience leading onsite/offshore teams.

Salary and Other Compensation

The annual salary for this position is between $ 100,000– $ 150,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
