Glansa Associates is seeking an experienced Salesforce Integration Tech Lead to drive the design and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions and integrations while mentoring teams and collaborating with business stakeholders.

You will lead development with Apex, LWC, Flows, and Salesforce APIs; implement REST and SOAP integrations and middleware; perform code reviews and uphold best practices in a fast-paced delivery environment.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of IT experience with 5+ years focused on Salesforce development.
• Experience connecting Salesforce with external applications via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
• Salesforce certifications are preferred.

Looking for an experienced Salesforce Integration Tech Lead with strong expertise in Salesforce development, enterprise integrations, and technical leadership. The candidate will lead the design and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions and integrations while mentoring development teams and working closely with business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Required Skills

• * Strong experience with Apex, LWC, Salesforce APIs, and Integrations.
• * Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP services and middleware integrations.
• * Knowledge of Salesforce security, data model, and platform architecture.
• * Experience with GitHub, Copado, Salesforce DX, and CI/CD.
• * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• * Agile/Scrum delivery experience.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• * Experience: 8+ years of overall IT experience with 5+ years focused on Salesforce development, including at least 2+ years hands‑on implementation and customization.
• * Integration Expertise: Proven record of connecting Salesforce with external enterprise applications via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
• * Certifications:
• * o Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (Required)
• * o Salesforce Certified Financial Services Cloud Accredited Professional or Platform Developer II (Preferred)
• * Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related quantitative field.
• * Support CI/CD implementation and DevOps strategy.
• * Lead production issue resolution and technical governance activities.
