Job summary

TechDigital Group is seeking an experienced Salesforce Integration Tech Lead to guide the design and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions and integrations. You will mentor development teams, collaborate with business stakeholders, and drive best practices across projects.

The role requires strong hands-on expertise in Apex, LWC, Salesforce APIs, and integration platforms, with extensive experience in CI/CD and DevOps practices.

Qualifications

8+ years of IT experience with 5+ years focused on Salesforce development
2+ years hands-on implementation and customization in Salesforce
Proven integration experience with REST/SOAP and middleware
Certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I (Required) and others (Preferred)
Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related field
CI/CD and DevOps experience in Salesforce environments

Responsibilities

Lead Salesforce development and integration initiatives.
Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions and integrations.
Mentor development teams and collaborate with business stakeholders.
Perform code reviews and enforce Salesforce best practices.
Coordinate with architects, business teams, and offshore/onshore developers.
Support deployment, release management, and production support activities.
