Job summary

Perry Homes, LLC is seeking a Salesforce Business Systems Analyst to refine and document approved Salesforce work across Sales, Warranty/Service, and Marketing. You will translate business needs into testable user stories and maintain traceability from requirement to release.

You will refine the backlog in Azure DevOps with the Senior Product Manager, Salesforce, and coordinate data mappings across Salesforce, SalesHub, MyAccount, and Marketing Cloud, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

Qualifications

Hands-on Salesforce experience.
Experience refining a backlog in Azure DevOps or Jira.
Knowledge of Salesforce data models (Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud).
Ability to write testable user stories and acceptance criteria.

Responsibilities

Gather and document requirements for Salesforce work across Sales, Warranty/Service, and Marketing.
Write user stories with acceptance criteria and map traceability to tests and release.
Produce structured requirements usable by developers and AI tools.
Refine Salesforce backlog in Azure DevOps with Product Manager, Salesforce, prioritizing and estimating stories.
Recommend process changes and Salesforce configurations before custom development.
Create and maintain data mappings across Salesforce, SalesHub, MyAccount, and Marketing Cloud.
