Job summary

Pepsi Bottling Ventures LLC is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to lead Salesforce-related initiatives and support the roadmap determined by the Product Owner. You will work with cross-functional teams to implement Salesforce solutions using Agile methods and provide operational support for issue resolution.

The role requires configuring Salesforce, maintaining security, and collaborating with Product Owner/PM to document processes and training materials. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business/IT/Computer Science or related field.
• 2–4+ years Salesforce Administrator or CRM-focused role.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce products (Sales/Service/Experience Cloud) and Consumer Goods Cloud.
• Experience with business applications in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Ability to map process needs to technical specs and understand end-user needs.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Salesforce administrator (configuration, security, system maintenance).
• Configure and maintain custom objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, flows, page layouts, permission sets.
• Collaborate with Product Owner/PM and SMEs to document system processes and training materials.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, analytics tools, and data visualizations.
• Manage user onboarding/offboarding, profiles, and data access controls.
• Assist with Salesforce integrations using APIs or connectors.
• Coordinate with external vendors for issue resolution and releases.
