Job summary

Benecon Group in Lititz, PA is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to manage the company’s CRM system, data assets, and security. You will configure, customize, and maintain Salesforce to align with business processes and ensure data integrity across the organization.

Collaborating with stakeholders, you will design solutions, test releases, and provide user training. You will develop reports and dashboards to deliver insights and optimize platform usage for healthcare data environments.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business or Information Systems is required.
Salesforce Administrator certification required.
3–5 years experience on cross-functional projects and initiatives.
Healthcare data experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Administer, configure, and customize Salesforce to meet business needs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and implement solutions.
Identify and resolve data, security, and performance issues.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security including imports/exports.
Test Salesforce releases and minimize disruption to users.
Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track KPIs.
