Job summary

Bonnell Aluminum is seeking a proactive Salesforce Administrator/Developer to optimize our Salesforce platform. You will gather requirements, design scalable solutions, and manage the product roadmap while ensuring user satisfaction and adherence to Salesforce best practices.

You will maintain configuration, handle training, and oversee integrations across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Manufacturing Cloud, and Pardot. Strong communication and governance skills are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent in CS or related field.
• 3–5 years of administrative experience with Salesforce.
• Experience with Salesforce Lightning.

Responsibilities

• Identify requirements and translate into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Maintain code, documentation, and test cases for custom development.
• Manage Salesforce product suite including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Manufacturing Cloud; oversee integrations.
