Job description

We are seeking a Salesforce System Architect with extensive experience in architecting secure, scalable Salesforce solutions for Public Sector organizations. The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of Government Cloud, Public Sector Solutions (PSS) data models, and system-level integration and security best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop Salesforce system solutions for modules including: Intake, Investigation, Assessment, Service Planning, Case Management, Reporting, Resource Management, and Financial Management
• Leverage Government Cloud capabilities, with an emphasis on NIST compliance and secure data handling
• Architect system solutions using Salesforce Shield, platform encryption, field-level security, and role-based access
• Use Public Sector Solutions data model and best practices to streamline workflows and improve case outcomes
• Lead lift-and-shift migrations using tools such as MuleSoft, Data Loader, and Change Sets
• Deliver value rapidly through Agile/DevOps approaches and CI/CD pipelines

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience designing Salesforce system architecture in government settings
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce security and data models, including PSS and platform-level hardening
• Experience with system hardening techniques: audit logging, encryption, field history tracking, and IP restriction policies
• Agile/DevOps delivery experience using Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools
