Job description

We are seeking a Salesforce Data Architect with proven expertise in designing and implementing scalable, secure, and compliant data solutions on Salesforce, especially within Government Cloud environments. The candidate should be highly experienced with public sector data models and proficient in addressing complex data challenges in Salesforce solutions such as Case Management, Reporting, and Financial Management.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience architecting Salesforce data solutions for public sector clients
• Hands-on expertise in Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS) data model
• Experience with Agile/DevOps environments and data lifecycle practices
• Deep understanding of data security, encryption, masking, and system hardening
• Proficient with ETL tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Informatica), data migration, and Lift-and-Shift strategies

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Government Cloud deployments
• Familiarity with NIST and FedRAMP data compliance frameworks
• Demonstrated success in resolving data integration/migration challenges
• Strong communication skills and experience creating data flow diagrams and data models
