Acuity is seeking a Salesforce Strategist to lead Acuity’s Salesforce enablement strategy by collaborating with internal customers and stakeholders to maximize impact. In this role, you will develop and manage the strategic vision and expansion of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Financial Services Cloud by aligning business objectives, identifying growth opportunities, and creating actionable roadmaps with clear outcomes and key performance indicators.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Serve as the strategic owner for Acuity’s multi-org Salesforce environment, developing short and long-term roadmaps, data governance protocols, and integrations with downstream systems that position Acuity to be future-ready.
  • Oversee the multi-year roadmap, scope management, and transformation of Salesforce with a focus on delivering user friendly tools that align with broader business outcomes.
  • Leverage data analytics and market insights to refine platform strategy and enhance user engagement, productivity, and operational efficiency.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable functionality requests.
  • Provide strategic guidance for internal customers on effectively applying Salesforce to meet their needs.
  • Lead business process prioritization to ensure the delivery of measurable business value.
  • Guide efforts to leverage technology as a competitive advantage to improve user experience for internal users and independent agents.
  • Guide the organization in leveraging Salesforce products to capitalize on opportunities and solve business problems.
  • Periodic travel may be required for industry or technology conferences, and training/professional development.
  • Proactively pursues professional development.
  • Regular and predictable attendance.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.


EDUCATION:

Bachelor’s degree or extensive direct experience

EXPERIENCE:

Several years of experience in Salesforce solution design and implementation, with a proven track record of leading enterprise-scale Salesforce projects. Demonstrated ability to develop and articulate a clear vision and multi-year roadmap for Salesforce initiatives. Familiarity with industry best practices and emerging trends in Salesforce technologies is essential. Additionally, a strong focus on user feedback to inform feature development and enhancements.

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Act as a champion for the Salesforce platform, promoting its value and encouraging usability and adoption across the organization.
  • Skilled in developing strategies to optimize CRM platforms to maximize business value and impact.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, customization (Lightning Components, Apex, etc), integration, security, administration, and other core features.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting within CRM systems, enabling informed decision making and strategic planning.
  • Firm grasp of current and emerging CRM trends, insights and tools.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to translate business objectives into technology solutions.
  • Proven ability to work with IT developers and/or Business Analysts to translate customer requirements into a working solution.
  • Adept at prioritizing, organizing, and accomplishing tasks in a self-directed environment, with limited managerial supervision.
  • Proficient in research, critical thinking, and analysis that are applied within disciplined project/agile product frameworks; initiates and leads dialog driving innovative approaches.
  • Routinely displays leadership qualities through positive influence and teamwork.

This job is classified as exempt.

The salary range for this position is $150,000- $190,000 annually. This salary range is an estimate and the actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
