The Role: Product & Strategy Operations

We’re looking for a high-agency generalist to join our Product & Strategy Operations team. You’ll partner directly with our Leadership and EPD team to help launch new client engagements, manage complex cross-functional initiatives, and help shape the future of our product. We are an early startup and this role is ideal for someone who wants to take ownership and drive impact across product, ops, and customer strategy in a fast-moving environment.

What You’ll Do

This role is intentionally general and will evolve as our business grows. For now, we are focusing on a few critical areas:

Own client onboarding & success

• Launch and manage new client engagements, from kickoff through handoff to Customer Success.
• Translate client goals into clear workflows, deliverables, and internal workstreams.
  
  

Drive internal product & resource ops

• Partner with Engineering, Product, and Design (EPD) to allocate resources to client work.
• Synthesize customer feedback into actionable insights for our roadmap.
  
  

Execute strategic growth initiatives

• Help pilot new offerings, processes, and workflows across product and services.
• Support all teams with ad hoc research, strategic planning, and sales enablement.
  
  

Must Have

What we’re looking for:

• 2-4+ years of experience in consulting / operations / investment banking / venture capital or related experience; operations experience at a high-growth startup is a plus.
• You have a passion for AI and leverage it every day. Prompting skills will be tested in the interview.
• You are a self-starter who constantly pushes toward clarity and execution.
• You are commercially minded and can navigate customer relationships.
• You are a collaborator who proactively partners across teams while holding yourself and others accountable for business results.
• You are a systems thinker. Inclined to solve problems with product, automation, and AI.
• You can thrive in ambiguous and undefined environments with little instruction.
