Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Salesforce Consultant to support Salesforce programs within our Sales & Service team in the United States. You will partner with business and clinical stakeholders to translate patient and provider support needs into scalable Salesforce solutions, and manage requirements through delivery.

You will engage in eliciting business requirements, performing functional design, and collaborating across patient support workflows to enable efficient,high-impact CRM implementations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of consulting and/or industry experience.
• 2+ full life-cycle Salesforce implementations.
• Expertise in at least one Salesforce cloud: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Health Cloud.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a technology field; or equivalent years of experience.
• Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
• Salesforce certifications preferred.
• Experience in industries such as Financial Services, Life Sciences, Health Care, Manufacturing, Technology, Retail, or Media.
• Experience presenting to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience implementing CRM platforms or CPQ technologies.
• Advanced degree in a relevant field
