Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Consultant on the Salesforce Patient Services team to help Life Sciences clients enhance patient engagement and streamline service operations through strategic design and technology-enabled delivery. You will work with cross-functional teams on patient journeys and scalable Salesforce solutions.

Requirements include 2+ years of consulting, 1+ full Salesforce lifecycle, and experience with Health/Life Sciences Cloud; travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of consulting, client-facing, or relevant industry experience.
• 1+ full life-cycle Salesforce implementation.
• 1+ years of experience with Salesforce Health Cloud or Life Sciences Cloud in a Patient Services environment.
• 1+ year of experience supporting Salesforce solution design in data structures, integration concepts, security considerations, or platform configuration.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience.
• Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on work and clients served.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into Salesforce solution designs addressing patient enrollment and support workflows.
• Gather and document technical requirements and contribute to solution designs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align solutions with patient services objectives and program constraints.
