• Strong ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• 2-3 Salesforce certifications are required.
• 5+ years hands-on experience with Salesforce, SQL, Java, and web services development.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end architecture and technical design of Salesforce solutions for case management and field service.
• Perform org health checks, platform assessments, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Engage in design/discovery sessions and promote Salesforce Well-Architected Framework adoption.
• Provide technical leadership to development teams, including state employees and contractors.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
