Job summary

Itero Group seeks a Salesforce Solutions Consultant for Financial Services to partner with executive stakeholders and technical teams to shape CRM strategy and digital transformations on Salesforce. This hybrid role is based in Sterling, VA.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of Salesforce consulting, deep Financial Services knowledge, and strong presentation skills to drive client workshops, solution design, and delivery across Know Your Customer, AML, and lending domains.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Salesforce consulting experience.
• 3+ years supporting Financial Services organizations.
• Experience leading client-facing workshops and executive presentations.
• Experience delivering enterprise Salesforce implementations.
• Strong understanding of CRM strategy and customer journey design.
• Experience working within highly regulated environments preferred.

Responsibilities

Position Overview

Itero Group is seeking an experienced Salesforce Solutions Consultant with a strong background in Financial Services to join our team supporting enterprise clients. This role is ideal for a consultative professional who can partner with executive stakeholders, business leaders, and technical teams to drive CRM strategy and digital transformation initiatives leveraging the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate brings a blend of functional consulting expertise, Salesforce solution design experience, and industry knowledge across banking, wealth management, insurance, lending, or capital markets. This individual will play a key role in translating business objectives into scalable Salesforce solutions while serving as a trusted advisor throughout the engagement lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to financial services clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead discovery sessions, requirements workshops, and stakeholder interviews.
• Analyze current-state business processes and recommend Salesforce-based solutions.
• Translate business objectives into functional and technical requirements.
• Present recommendations and solution strategies to executive leadership and business stakeholders.

Solution Design

• Design scalable Salesforce solutions utilizing platform best practices.
• Develop user stories, process flows, functional specifications, and solution documentation.
• Recommend and design solutions utilizing:
  • Sales Cloud
  • Service Cloud
  • Data Cloud (preferred)
  • CRM Analytics (preferred)
• Partner closely with Salesforce Architects and Developers throughout implementation efforts.

Financial Services Expertise

• Apply industry knowledge to support business processes including:
  • Client onboarding
  • Know Your Customer (KYC)
  • Anti-Money Laundering (AML)
  • Commercial Banking
  • Wealth Management
  • Lending and Capital Markets

Project Delivery

• Support Agile software delivery practices.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, solution reviews, and demonstrations.
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Provide post-production optimization and continuous improvement recommendations.

Required Qualifications
