We are seeking a Solutions Architect to design and deliver technology solutions supporting wealth and investment management business processes. This role partners with business and technology stakeholders to define requirements, architect scalable solutions, and optimize client service, portfolio management, reporting, and operational workflows. The ideal candidate combines strong Salesforce expertise with experience supporting financial advisors, investment operations, and wealth management platforms.
Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions.
- Design end-to-end architectures across Salesforce CRM, portfolio management, reporting, trading, and operational systems.
- Define integration strategies using APIs, data pipelines, and enterprise SaaS platforms.
- Partner with stakeholders to improve advisor, client service, and investment operations workflows.
- Design solutions supporting the client lifecycle, including onboarding, portfolio management, reporting, and billing.
- Identify opportunities for automation, AI-driven efficiencies, and data-driven process improvements.
- Serve as the Salesforce subject matter expert.
- Design and optimize Salesforce data models, workflows, automation, and reporting.
- Develop scalable CRM solutions that support advisor productivity and client engagement.
- Lead integrations between Salesforce and portfolio accounting, trading, reporting, and other enterprise systems.
- Provide architectural guidance throughout implementation.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Enterprise Applications, or Systems Architecture.
- Deep hands-on experience with Salesforce, including data modeling, workflows, automation, and SOQL.
- Experience designing integrations between Salesforce and enterprise applications.
- Strong business process analysis and solution design capabilities.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
- Experience in Wealth Management, Investment Management, RIA, Trust Services, or Financial Services.
- Familiarity with portfolio accounting platforms, trading systems, client reporting tools, and investment operations workflows.
- Understanding of data architecture, analytics, and reporting ecosystems.
