Job summary

Cardinal Health seeks a Solution Owner to drive end-to-end Salesforce-driven Sonexus solutions, with primary focus on ConnectSource and Marketing Cloud, ensuring predictable delivery and run stability across onshore and offshore teams.

You will lead cross-functional delivery, translate business goals into executable plans, and manage budgets and resource capacity. Emphasis on SDLC governance and evidence-based readiness for release readiness.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience leading cross-functional delivery teams in enterprise Salesforce environments.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce-based solutions and enterprise applications.
• Experience operating in regulated environments and with SDLC governance.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end outcomes for assigned Salesforce solutions across intake, build, run, and run support.
• Lead cross-functional teams including Engineering, BA, QA, PM, and platform partners.
• Develop and manage delivery plans, LOE, schedules, and budgets for Salesforce initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to SDLC gates, change control, and evidence-based readiness.
