Job summary

Cardinal Health seeks a Solution Owner to take end-to-end ownership of Salesforce-based platforms, including ConnectSource and Marketing Cloud, ensuring predictable delivery, operational stability, and alignment with business and product partners.

The role leads cross-functional delivery teams across Salesforce configuration, development, and integrations, driving governance, resource planning, and run‑state readiness in a regulated healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience leading cross-functional delivery teams.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce-based solutions and enterprise environments.
• Experience operating in regulated environments (healthcare or adjacent industries preferred).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end outcomes for Salesforce solutions across intake, build, transition to run, and run support.
• Eliminate fragmented ownership by aligning onshore and offshore teams.
• Translate goals into executable delivery plans with scope, milestones, and dependencies.
• Ensure predictable delivery through planning, estimation, and execution.
• Govern Salesforce implementations with clear decision rights and tradeoffs.
