Job summary

Cardinal Health seeks a Solution Owner responsible for end‑to‑end outcomes of Salesforce-based solutions, including ConnectSource and Marketing Cloud. You’ll drive delivery plans, governance, and run‑state ownership across onshore and offshore teams in a regulated healthcare environment.

You will align product and business goals to executable delivery plans, ensure run stability post‑release, and coach teams to improve delivery hygiene with evidence‑based readiness.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in delivering cross-functional projects.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce-based solutions and enterprise apps.
• Experience estimating, planning, SDLC governance and delivery execution.
• Ability to manage delivery plans, budgets and capacity across multiple initiatives.
• Experience operating in healthcare or regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end outcomes for Salesforce solutions, including ConnectSource and Marketing Cloud.
• Serve as the single accountable owner for solution delivery, stability and outcomes.
• Translate goals into executable delivery plans with milestones and success criteria.
• Ensure predictable delivery through disciplined planning, estimation and follow‑through.
• Lead cross‑functional teams across onshore/offshore locations.
