Job summary

Cardinal Health in the United States seeks a Solution Owner responsible for end-to-end ownership of Salesforce-based platforms including ConnectSource and Marketing Cloud.

You will lead cross-functional delivery teams, translate business goals into delivery plans, ensure run readiness and governance, and drive stable, compliant Salesforce implementations across onshore and offshore teams.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience in delivering Salesforce solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional delivery teams (Engineering, QA, BA, PM).
• Strong understanding of Salesforce‑based solutions and enterprise application environments.
• Demonstrated capability in estimation, planning, SDLC governance, and delivery execution.
• Experience operating in regulated healthcare environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end outcomes for Salesforce ConnectSource and Marketing Cloud.
• Single accountable owner for Salesforce solution delivery, stability, and outcomes.
• Translate goals into executable delivery plans with scope, milestones, dependencies, and success criteria.
• Ensure predictable delivery through disciplined planning, estimation, execution.
• Lead governance and escalation paths for Salesforce implementations.
• Manage planning, financials, and capacity for Salesforce initiatives.
