Job summary

The North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services seeks a Senior Salesforce Engineer to design and deliver end-to-end Salesforce Government Cloud solutions for child welfare applications, including case management, licensing, and service operations.

You will lead technical discovery, design integrations, develop Apex and Lightning Web Components, review releases, and implement AI-enabled automation while ensuring security, governance, and scalability.

Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce Government Cloud deployments for public-sector or government-oriented applications.
• Proficiency in Apex, LWC, and Salesforce Flows with hands-on integration design.
• Strong skills in requirements gathering and release management for complex cloud projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead technical discovery sessions and requirements gathering with stakeholders.
• Design Salesforce solutions, integrations, and technical blueprints.
• Develop Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Flows, and system integrations.
• Review Salesforce Spring, Summer, and Winter releases for breaking changes, deprecations, and feature impacts.
• Implement AI-driven solutions, intelligent automation, and responsible AI capabilities.
• Ensure solutions meet security requirements, platform governance, scalability, and maintainability standards.
