Qualifications

• 10+ years of solution architecture experience with Salesforce focus.
• At least 10 years of Salesforce platform experience.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities are essential.
• Hands-on enough to demonstrate new Salesforce features to developers.
• Ability to collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Experience with integration patterns using middleware.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions across Energy & Experience Cloud and integrated enterprise platforms.
• Define solution architecture, data models, integration patterns, and non-functional requirements.
• Ensure designs align with Salesforce best practices and enterprise architecture standards.
• Engage with business analysts, product owners, and project managers to translate requirements into designs.
• Lead architecture for integrations between Salesforce and external systems, including APIs and middleware.
• Establish and maintain standards for design, security, release management, and governance.
• Maintain architecture documentation and mentor developers on best practices.
• Support delivery from requirements through deployment and post-go-live stabilization.
