• Lead discovery, solution design, stakeholder workshops.

Responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce solution architecture across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

• Assess current-state Salesforce complexity and define target-state solution options aligned to business outcomes.

• Strong written and verbal communication; must be able to explain architecture choices to business and technical audiences.
