Job summary

Tech Mirrors is seeking a Salesforce Solution Architect in Alpharetta, GA, to lead architecture across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. The role requires an extensive hands-on background and proven leadership in enterprise Salesforce initiatives.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of Salesforce experience with architecture leadership.
• Strong Sales Cloud and Service Cloud experience.
• Experience with enterprise multi-cloud / multi-org Salesforce.
• Data sharing, security, roles, profiles governance design.
• REST/SOAP API integration experience.
• Lead discovery, solution design, stakeholder workshops.
• Experience with Agile teams and translating needs to designs.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce solution architecture across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Assess current-state Salesforce complexity and define target-state options aligned to business outcomes.
• Design scalable data models, security models, integration patterns, and governance controls.
• Partner with business stakeholders, enterprise engineering, architects, developers, and admins to translate requirements into implementable designs.
• Support CRM consolidation and Salesforce org rationalization discussions with clear technical recommendations.
• Provide architecture oversight for development work, including design reviews, risk identification, and solution validation.
• Create architecture artifacts, design notes, decision logs, and recommendations that can support roadmap and implementation planning.
• Help mature Salesforce Center of Excellence practices, including design standards, release discipline, and reusable patterns.
