Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Salesforce Architect to support a cloud-based SaaS document automation product native to Salesforce. The role spans pre-sales through implementation, including MVP/POC work and translating customer needs into technical solutions.

You will design scalable Salesforce-based solutions, lead onboarding and implementation engagements, and build/present POCs. Collaboration with CS, product, and engineering teams is essential to deliver successful go-lives and ongoing

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years Salesforce Architecture experience
• Strong Salesforce platform expertise including Apex, Flows, LWCs
• Experience with API integrations, data modeling, and security models

Insight Global is hiring for a Salesforce Architect to support a cloud-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) document automation product built for Salesforce. our organization is founder-led and has been in business for over 10 yrs, with about 50 fulltime employees in the orgnaization. Our products are native to the SF app exchange.

The roles and responsibilities for this architect will range from pre-sales efforts through implementation. Including MVP/POC work, translating customer needs to technical requirements, designing customized solutions, writing custom code to develop the solutions, presenting solutions to customers, translating technical solutions for non-technical parties, collaboration with the professional services team/product team/and support teams, supporting iternal demo environments, etc.

Each day is different and flyuid depending on business needs.

Day to day

• Lead solution design for onboarding, implementation, and support engagements
• Work in a highly dynamic environment with shifting priorities based on business needs
• Partner with Sales Engineers on pre-sales efforts (POCs, demos, MVP builds)
• Gather and interpret customer requirements (spoken and unspoken)
• Design scalable solutions aligned with Salesforce and S-Docs capabilities
• Build and present POCs/MVPs to customers
• Participate in hands‑on development (custom code when needed beyond out‑of‑box solutions)
• Collaborate with Professional Services team (Implementation Manager + SMEs), Product, Engineering, and Support
• Troubleshoot technical issues during and post-implementation
• Enhance internal demo environments and build automation scripts between projects
• Deliver customer training and act as a trusted technical advisor
• Document requirements, solutions, and best practices
• Support go‑live, adoption, and long‑term optimization efforts

• 3–5+ years Salesforce Architecture experience
• Strong Salesforce platform expertise
  • Apex coding (non-negotiable)
  • Invocable actions for SDK/software integrations
  • Salesforce Flows (including headless automation and user interface-driven flows)
  • LWCs, Visualforce, SOQL
• Consultative experience in SaaS implementations, onboarding, or professional services
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• API integrations (REST/SOAP), workflow automation, and system integrations
• Salesforce security model (roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules)
• Data modeling, data governance, ETL tools, and best practices
• Strong customer-facing communication skills
• Comfortability to work in a fluid environment where every day is different
• Salesforce certifications: Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Platform Developer I
• OmniScripts / OmniStudio
• Experience with Public Sector, Manufacturing Cloud, or other Salesforce industry clouds
• Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I/II, OmniStudio Developer
• Multi-cloud experience (Salesforce with AWS or Azure)
• Version control/DevOps tools (Git, Copado, Gearset)
• Programming languages (HTML, CSS, Java, Python, C++)
• Middleware tools (MuleSoft, Informatica)
