Qualifications
- 8+ years of software engineering experience.
- 2+ years in people leadership and engineering management.
- Ability to lead and develop high-performing cross-functional teams.
- Extensive experience with Agile methodologies and product collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional engineering teams with focus on talent development.
- Own day-to-day execution and delivery; champion agile practices.
- Provide hands-on technical mentorship and code quality standards.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, Security, and Marketing to align vision.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, SOC 2).
- Identify bottlenecks and improve engineering processes.
