Overview
This is a remote role that may only be hired in the following locations: NC, NH, FL, AZ, TX.
This position is responsible for continually improving and enhancing the Salesforce platform. Works with Salesforce Platform, Salesforce Lightning, and Salesforce Security. Analyzes project objectives, creates customer workflows, and troubleshoots errors.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce programming, including custom user interface development with Visualforce pages/Lightning pages and Lightning Web Components.
• Develop Apex classes and triggers, Visualforce pages, based on specific requirements to support business needs.
• Use Salesforce automation tools such as Flows, Process Builder, Workflows, Einstein Orchestrator.
• Perform Salesforce integration using Salesforce APIs to connect with other organizational systems.
• Maintain integrations and business applications with Salesforce, such as DocuSign.
• Collaborate with IT/development teams for system integrations across the business.
• Follow Salesforce best practices, maintain code documentation, and write/maintain test classes for all custom development.
• Manage release cycles for deploying new and updated applications and code.
• Use DevOps tools like Copado.
• Resolve technical support issues by understanding user requests, triaging solutions, and independently solving problems.
• Stay current with Salesforce technologies and best practices.
• Create and execute test plans including use cases and test data.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of application software programming experience or High School Diploma/GED with 6 years of experience.

Preferred

• Experience managing Salesforce data, including SOQL/SQL and Salesforce Data Loader.
• Extensive knowledge of Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Apex, VisualForce, Lightning Web Components, and Force.com tools.
• Knowledge of Dell Boomi and Salesforce integration is a plus.
