Join to apply for the Salesforce Software Engineer II role at First Citizens Bank.

This is a remote role that may only be hired in the following locations: NC, NH, FL, AZ, TX.

This position is responsible for continually improving and enhancing the Salesforce platform. Works with Salesforce Platform, Salesforce Lightning, and Salesforce Security. Analyzes project objectives, creates customer workflows, and troubleshoots errors.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce programming including custom user interface development, Visualforce pages, Lightning pages, and Lightning Web Components.
• Develop Apex classes and triggers, Visualforce pages, based on specific requirements to extend Salesforce supporting business needs.
• Use Salesforce automation tools such as Flows, Process Builder, Workflows, Einstein Orchestrator.
• Perform Salesforce integrations using Salesforce APIs with other organizational systems.
• Integrate and maintain business applications like DocuSign within Salesforce.
• Collaborate with IT and developers for system integrations across the business.
• Follow Salesforce best practices, maintain code documentation, and develop test classes for all custom developments.
• Manage release cycles for deploying new features and updates.
• Use DevOps tools such as Copado.
• Resolve technical support issues for internal users, understanding user requests and troubleshooting independently.
• Stay current with Salesforce technologies and best practices.
• Create and execute testing plans including unit, integration, and user acceptance tests.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of application software programming experience OR High School Diploma or GED with 6 years of experience.

Preferred

Experience managing Salesforce Data, knowledge of SOQL or SQL, and exposure to Salesforce APEX data loader. Salesforce Developer certification preferred. Extensive knowledge of Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Apex, VisualForce, Lightning Web Components, and Force.com tools. Experience with Dell Boomi and Salesforce integration is a plus.
