Overview

This is a remote role that may only be hired in the following locations: NC, NH, FL, AZ, TX.

This position is responsible for continually improving and enhancing the Salesforce platform. Works with Salesforce Platform, Salesforce Lightning, and Salesforce Security. Analyzes project objectives, creates customer workflows, and troubleshoots errors.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce programming, including custom user interface development with Visualforce pages/Lightning pages, and Lightning Web Components.
• Develop Apex classes and triggers, Visualforce pages, based on specific requirements to support business needs.
• Use Salesforce automation tools such as Flows, Process Builder, Workflows, Einstein Orchestrator.
• Perform Salesforce integration tasks.
• Use Salesforce APIs to connect with other organizational systems.
• Integrate and maintain business applications with Salesforce, such as DocuSign.
• Collaborate with IT and other developers for system integrations.
• Follow Salesforce best practices, maintain code documentation, and write/maintain test classes for custom development.
• Manage release cycles to deploy updates and new applications.
• Use DevOps tools like Copado.
• Resolve technical support issues by understanding user requests, troubleshooting, and solving problems independently.
• Stay current with Salesforce technologies and best practices.
• Create and execute testing plans, including use cases and test data.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of application software programming experience OR High School Diploma or GED and 6 years of experience.

Preferred

Experience managing Salesforce Data, knowledge of SOQL or SQL, and exposure to Salesforce APEX data loader. Salesforce Developer certification preferred. Extensive knowledge of Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Apex, VisualForce, Lightning Web Components, and Force.com tools. Experience with Dell Boomi and Salesforce Integration is a plus.
