Job summary

Jackson Healthcare in Alpharetta, GA seeks a Software Development Manager for Salesforce who will lead and grow multiple Salesforce-based teams. You will guide design, development, and delivery of high-quality Salesforce solutions aligned with business goals.

The role requires hands-on leadership, expertise in Sales/Service Cloud, and strong DevOps practices. You will report to technology executives and drive continuous improvement in software quality and delivery speed.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
7+ years of Salesforce development and configuration on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
3+ years in a leadership or managerial capacity overseeing Salesforce/CRM teams.
Proven experience with Salesforce DevOps tools (e.g., Copado, Gearset, Salesforce DevOps Center or DX, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills; agile ceremonies and sprint planning experience.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and manage one or more Salesforce development teams across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data 360 and Marketing Cloud.
Oversee the full software development lifecycle from planning to deployment, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Collaborate with Product Managers and stakeholders to define priorities and manage sprint planning and backlogs.
Promote best practices in code quality, testing, and CI/CD; drive DevOps adoption with the broader team.
Report team performance metrics to senior leadership on a regular cadence and support budget management.
