Job summary

Crown Castle is seeking a Functional Analyst III to translate business needs into Salesforce and SiteTracker solutions. You will gather requirements, configure and customize via Salesforce, and support deployments across the project lifecycle.

You will collaborate with Business, QA, and Development teams, delivering end-to-end Salesforce projects and providing ongoing production support. Travel may be required in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Salesforce implementation, configuration, and customization experience.
• 3+ years of professional software development experience using C++, C#, Java, and/or Python.
• Experience delivering end-to-end Salesforce projects from requirements through production.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Platform and SiteTracker.
• Strong experience with Salesforce Flow, Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Visualforce.
• Experience with Salesforce configuration including Objects, Fields, Page Layouts, Record Types, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, Profiles, Permission Sets, and Sharing Rules.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST APIs).
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum using Jira and Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Configure Salesforce/SiteTracker including Objects, Fields, Record Types, Page Layouts, Dynamic Forms, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, Profiles, Permission Sets, and Sharing Rules.
• Build and maintain Salesforce Flows and business automations.
• Develop and maintain Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL as needed.
• Configure SiteTracker modules, workflows, forms, and business processes.
• Support integrations using Salesforce APIs and REST services.
• Participate in solution design, testing (SIT/UAT), deployments, and production support.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend scalable solutions.
• Ensure solutions follow Salesforce and SiteTracker best practices.
