Job summary

HP, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Automation Engineer to design and implement scalable CRM programs using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You will work across marketing, analytics, and product teams to drive engagement and revenue through personalised, compliant communications.

You will architect data flows, manage data extensions, and develop AMPscript/SSJS libraries while integrating SFMC with CRM systems and CDP platforms. Strong governance and performance optimisation are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing Technology, or a related field
• MBA or advanced business degree a plus
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with enterprise CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce Marketing Cloud

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain complex email and SMS marketing programs in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
• Architect and manage data extensions, data flows, and integration pipelines between SFMC and upstream CRM and data systems
• Partner with marketing, analytics, and product teams to translate campaign requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Build and maintain reusable AMPscript and SSJS libraries, dynamic content blocks, and shared data frameworks
• Develop REST and SOAP API integrations to synchronise subscriber data and enable real-time personalization
• Implement and enforce CRM governance practices including data quality standards and suppression list management
• Collaborate with QA and delivery teams to establish pre-send validation workflows for compliance
• Define and maintain a roadmap for CRM platform enhancements and new channel integrations
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics and drive continuous optimisation
