Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, information systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce, Sales Operations, or a related role.
• Hands-on Salesforce experience with reports and dashboards.
• Strong understanding of sales processes and CRM systems.
• Experience supporting a geographically dispersed sales organization.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Salesforce point of contact for the U.S. Sales organization.
• Maintain data accuracy, completeness, consistency, and adoption in Salesforce.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and views.
• Troubleshoot Salesforce issues and coordinate with technical resources.
• Train and onboard Sales users; develop guides and SOPs.
• Support sales performance tracking, forecasting, and pipeline reporting.
• Coordinate requests with cross-functional teams.
