Job summary

AllCloud is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst to lead client engagements, elicit requirements, and translate them into actionable Salesforce solutions. You will explain complex concepts clearly and drive implementations with an emphasis on quality and lifetime success.

Qualifications

2+ years as a Salesforce Business Analyst or Salesforce configuration.
2+ years of platform/solution-architecture experience in a custom environment.
2+ years of Marketing Cloud experience.
Excellent knowledge of Salesforce Platform, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and data migration.
Familiar with Apex, Visualforce/Lightning Components.

Responsibilities

Facilitate business process review workshops and perform a detailed analysis of client business requirements.
Break down requirements into user stories with effort estimates, pros/cons, best practices, and approach.
Document user stories including acceptance criteria, assumptions & constraints, size, priority, and solution.
Create project deliverables such as business requirements, solution design, and functional specifications.
Manage the feedback loop for completed user stories through Build.
Configure Salesforce systems using declarative functionality and framework.
Lead Force.com development teams and integrations to other apps.
Migrate data from legacy systems using Salesforce data migration tools.
Lead User Acceptance Testing strategy, implementation, reporting, and end-user management.
Develop and deliver a training curriculum for end users.
