Job summary

AllCloud seeks a Salesforce Consultant to bring project implementations to life by working closely with customers. You should gather information, explain complex concepts, and drive design decisions from blueprint to deployment across Salesforce clouds.

You will lead an engagement team, guide integrations and custom development projects, migrate data, and ensure end‑to‑end client success. The role requires 2+ years in Salesforce analysis or configuration and platform expertise across Sales,

Qualifications

2+ years as a Salesforce Business Analyst or Salesforce Configuration.
2+ years of platform- or solution-architecture experience in a mid to large organization
2+ years if marketing cloud experience
Excellent knowledge of Salesforce: Platform/Sales Cloud/Service Cloud/Community Cloud, advanced configuration, security, data migration and data model.
Familiar with Apex & Visualforce/Lightning Components design considerations.
Experience in Agile project methodology including backlog management and user stories.

Responsibilities

Lead engagement activities and assist customers with Salesforce implementations, integrations, and custom development.
Facilitate workshops and document user stories with acceptance criteria and constraints.
Configure Salesforce using declarative features and framework; manage Force.com development and integrations.
Oversee data migration from legacy systems using Salesforce tools; manage UAT and training.
