Job summary

Pierce Washington seeks an experienced Solution Architect specializing in Salesforce Revenue Cloud to design and implement CPQ solutions. You will guide consultants, craft declarative configurations, and ensure seamless ERP integrations to meet client needs.

Work is 100% remote with up to 25% travel as required by client engagements. You’ll engage with stakeholders, lead workshops, and drive Q2C process optimization across projects.

Qualifications

• 6+ years Salesforce consulting in Sales/Service Cloud
• 3+ years hands-on Salesforce CPQ and Billing
• Experience as Solution Architect on CPQ with ERP integrations
• Strong data models and pricing master data management
• Declarative configuration expertise guiding Consultants

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver Q2C automation solutions using Salesforce Revenue Cloud
• Lead client workshops and translate requirements into solutions
• Provide architectural designs and proofs-of-concept
• Guide Consultants and Developers during implementation
• Maintain alignment with client requirements and best practices
