Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Salesforce Architect for a US Remote role. Lead end-to-end solution architecture spanning Agentforce, Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud Advanced, with responsibility for agent-centric workflows and secure integration across enterprise services.

The role requires 15+ years in technology, 10+ years in Salesforce CPQ/Revenue Cloud architecture, and proven leadership in enterprise CPQ implementations. Strong emphasis on governance, observability, and cost-efficient designs.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of technology experience.
• 10+ years in Salesforce CPQ/Revenue Cloud architecture.
• 10+ years architecting enterprise CPQ/Quote-to-Cash implementations.
• 2+ years experience with Salesforce Agentforce and agentic concepts.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end solution architecture across Agentforce, Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud Advanced.
• Architect agent-assisted and agentic workflows across opportunity, configuration, pricing, quoting, contracting, ordering and revenue lifecycle processes.
• Design agent orchestration patterns, including tool/function calling, workflow delegation, multi-agent patterns, state management and memory.
• Architect integration of Agentforce with Salesforce automation, Apex, Flow, APIs, MuleSoft and external enterprise services.
