Corpay seeks an experienced QA tester to ensure quality and functionality of Salesforce-based SaaS products. You will design test plans, execute manual tests, document defects, and work with developers, product managers, and QA leads in an Agile environment.

The role emphasizes strong communication, defect lifecycle management, and participation in CI/CD pipelines, with a focus on risk-based testing and release readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years in software quality assurance, SaaS/CRM (Salesforce) testing.
• Ability to analyze requirements, define test coverage, and craft clear test data.
• Experience with manual functional, regression, and integration testing; prioritize risk.
• Experience reviewing automated tests and contributing to scripts; CI/CD familiarity.
• Proficient in defect lifecycle management and Agile delivery practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop test plans and test cases from business and technical requirements.
• Execute manual tests and document defects with reproducible steps.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA leads in Agile ceremonies.
• Analyze automated test results and contribute to automated scripts.
• Verify fixes, maintain test docs, and provide status reports to stakeholders.
• Support release readiness and suggest improvements to testing processes.
