Job summary

Acro Service Corp is seeking a QA Developer to join our Salesforce modernization effort in Reno, NV. The role focuses on manual and automated testing, validating requirements, and ensuring quality during releases within an Agile Scrum environment.

You will design test plans, execute test cases, perform exploratory testing, manage defects, and support UAT and production validation, working closely with analysts, developers, and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in manual and automated QA testing for enterprise software.
• Familiar with Agile Scrum and working in cross-functional teams.
• Ability to validate requirements, acceptance criteria, and create comprehensive test artifacts.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Agile Scrum teams to support Salesforce implementation and enhancement efforts.
• Develop, execute, and maintain manual test plans, scenarios, and test cases.
• Perform exploratory testing to identify defects and usability issues.
• Validate end-to-end business processes across Salesforce and integrated apps.
• Identify, document, and track defects using DMV-style processes.
• Support UAT activities and production validation after deployments.
• Coordinate with BA, developers, PO, vendors and stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Maintain test documentation and traceability in accordance with standards.
