Dotsolved Systems is seeking an experienced Salesforce QA Engineer specializing in Salesforce Data Cloud and Agentforce to validate enterprise Salesforce solutions and AI-powered agents. You will validate data integrations, data quality, and end-to-end QA across multiple Salesforce components.

The role requires hands-on testing of Data Cloud, agent topics, instructions, and integration with Salesforce records, Flows, and external systems. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Salesforce testing and Data Cloud validation.
• Experience with Agentforce testing and AI agents.
• Experience in data integration and end-to-end QA.

Responsabilités

• Prepare test strategies, test plans, test scenarios, and detailed test cases.
• Execute functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT testing.
• Perform API testing for Salesforce integrations.
• Identify, document, track, and manage defects through resolution.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, and business stakeholders to resolve quality issues.
• Maintain test execution reports, defect metrics, and QA documentation.
• Support release validation and production deployment testing.
• Validate Data Cloud data ingestion, mapping, and reconciliation.
