Collaborate with development teams, business analysts, and stakeholders; develop test plans, execute tests, and log defects. Ensure compliance and drive testing efficiency in an energy utilities context.

Qualifications

Experience in functional testing of Salesforce solutions.
Understanding of Apex, Lightning, and Salesforce data model.
Knowledge of Energy Utilities Cloud and AgentForce features.
Experience with test case management and defect tracking tools.
Ability to translate requirements into test cases and acceptance criteria.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum ceremonies and compliance in energy utilities.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with business analysts and Salesforce developers to understand requirements and acceptance criteria.
Develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business needs.
Execute functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing in Energy Utilities Cloud.
Verify workflows, automations, and integrations for Salesforce AgentForce.
Log defects, coordinate fixes, and re-test as needed.
Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and reviews to provide quality feedback.
Ensure compliance and security standards for Energy Utilities domain.
Document results, report coverage, and communicate risks promptly.
